Printing Price Programs
To print a list of ALL pricing programs
1. When you first enter the Price Programs option a Select An Option window will display with the following options:
- EXIT – Select EXIT to exit and return to the Sales menu.
- CUSTOMER – Select CUSTOMER to assign, view, or delete previous pricing exceptions for customers.
- PRICE PROGRAM – Select PRICE PROGRAM to create a group of price exceptions – a "pricing program".
Select PRICE PROGRAM.
2. A Select An Option window will appear with the following options:
- EXIT – Select EXIT to exit and return to the Select An Option window which displays when you first enter the Price Programs menu option.
- ADD – Select ADD to add a new price program.
- PRINT LIST – Select PRINT LIST to print a list of pricing programs.
Select PRINT LIST to print a list of ALL pricing programs.
Command options will appear allowing you to print or choose from a set of other print options.
The following information will print:
- ID – The reference number for the price program
- Program Name – The name of the price program
- Item/Group Mask – The item/item name or of each price exception on the price program
- Fixed – Y (Y=yes) indicates that the price exception is a fixed price exception. A blank field indicates the price exception is not fixed.
- Amount – The amount of the price exception, in dollars per pound or percentage change. This number may be positive or negative.
- Cap – The cap amount, if one had been entered for the pricing exception
- Calc On – What the price exception is calculated on:
- Start Date – The shipping date that the price exception will start to apply
- Stop Date – The shipping date that the price exception will expire
- Exception Type – The "pricing bucket", Product or Other, in which to include this exception. If a description was entered for the price exception, it will print on the next line.
- Off-Inv Item – This column indicates whether the exception was designated to be off invoice on the pricing exception screen.
- Last Updated – This column indicates when the price exception was last updated.
- Who – This column indicates who last updated the price exception.
To print a list of the price exceptions in one price program
1. When you first enter the Price Programs option a Select An Option window will display with the following options:
- EXIT – Select EXIT to exit and return to the Sales menu.
- CUSTOMER – Select CUSTOMER to assign, view, or delete previous pricing exceptions for customers.
- PRICE PROGRAM – Select PRICE PROGRAM to create a group of price exceptions – a "price program".
- A list of price programs defined in the system.
Scroll to the price program that needs to be printed and press Enter to select.
2. Press Enter through the Program ID and Program Name fields.
3. A Select A Price Exception window will appear; scroll to PRINT LIST and press Enter to select.
The following information will print
- Item/Group Mask – The item/item name or of each price exception on the price program
